Beach and Mountains

Beach or mountains? Which do you prefer? Why?

I do not want to choose.

Beach – obvious for a good swim and view and warmth.

Mountain – for a good view hike and nice snow maybe even skiing if the slope is well maintained.

Why to chose when you can have both?
