Mindfulness and empathy for all

If I could I would have people enable their possibility to tap into their nature as a peaceful person and this way see themselves free from their traumas.

Trauma free people would be having more empathy and Earth would become a much nicer place to live. Why do i say this? Because Narcissism is spreading s fast as a virus cannot.

I talk about healthy and happy self.
